When will billing start?
We'll announce it well in advance — founding members keep their founder rate for life.
I just need help with my licence application — is that covered?
Yes — the application journey is part of the subscription, and everything is free during early access.
What happens to my data if I don't subscribe later?
Your account becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted, and export is always available. You can come back and reactivate whenever the licence cycle calls for it.
Is the subscription per property or per account?
Per property, with a degressive rate from the second one onward (€8 / month · €80 / year). The final structure will be confirmed before billing starts — during early access, one account covers all your properties.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no notice period. Cancel and your account switches to read-only at the end of the billing period.
Is this legal advice?
No. Lisenza is an organisational tool that tracks what the law asks of you, with legal references so you can verify. It is not affiliated with the Malta Tourism Authority.
